Product information
We will make our best efforts to ensure that the products purchased by the Member are consistent with the product information published on the website, however, due to the price setting, text description, illustration and other errors, as well as the display of information may be deviated or delayed and other unforeseen system failures, etc., resulting in the purchase of the Member is different from the description on the website. You may choose to take remedial action as agreed upon in the return policy.

Order and delivery

To the extent that reasonable alternatives are available, you agree to waive liability for breach of contract or indemnity for claiming that the order cannot be fulfilled.
(iii) The goods you order on the Website are delivered through the carrier. Title to the goods will be transferred to you whichever is later: (1) the date on which we receive the full price for the Goods; (2) The date on which the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by you. Once the goods are delivered to the address specified by you, the risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you.
(iv) We shall have the right to deliver the goods in batches, each of which shall be deemed to constitute a separate contract between you and us, and we shall have the right to supply only part of the goods in an order.
Return or exchange
(i) To protect consumer interests, please check the product carefully upon receipt of the product, read the attached Chinese label, and refer from time to time to the care and use instructions accompanying the product. Please keep the original documents and invoices as proof of consumption and service.
(ii) Unless otherwise stated in the product information on the website or otherwise indicated in the relevant order or document, if the product is not used and still has the new product in good condition and complete packaging, please keep the product and the original packaging, original documents and invoices within 14 days after you receive the product, and perform the corresponding return and exchange procedures according to the "Return and exchange Policy" on the website.
(iii) Consumers exercising the right to return goods without reason shall abide by the principles of fairness, good faith, public order and good customs and business ethics.
Payment and invoice
(i) Unless otherwise stated in the product information on the Website or in the relevant order or document, the price of the product includes VAT, but does not include shipping and other taxes.
(ii) The product page does not include shipping costs, but will be added to the total product price payable before you place an order.
(iii) If you choose to pay through a third party, you are also subject to the terms and policies of the third party payment service provider.
(iv) Faults, anomalies, losses and claims arising out of or in the course of payment will be resolved through communication and coordination between you and the third-party payment service provider.
(v) If you need to issue an invoice, please check "Invoice required" in the settlement page when purchasing the goods, and fill in the invoice title to be issued (the title can be a company or an individual, if you do not specify we will default to an individual). The invoice amount is the order amount of the goods (excluding shipping).
(vi) After you confirm to sign for the goods, our customer service will contact you to confirm the invoice information, after confirming the information is correct, will arrange to send within 14 working days. We cannot issue a replacement invoice for you if the invoice is lost due to human factors.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be settled by the parties through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the local court having jurisdiction.

Any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason and shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity, binding force and enforceability of any remaining provision of this Agreement.
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
